- Refill supplies in owner’s closet
- Additional supplies in crawl space (code: 2778).
1. Inspect cleaning & take photos

Take at least one picture of each space to be uploaded in the next step (these help to prove the condition of the property before a guest arrives)
- Inspect Master Bed (check linens, rugs, etc)
- Inspect Master Bath (ensure makeup towelletes, towels, & toilet paper stocked)
- Inspect Guest Bed (check linens, rugs, etc)
- Inspect Loft (check linens)
- Inspect Guest Bath (ensure makeup towelletes, towels, & toilet paper stocked)
- Inspect Kitchen (take picture with all cabinets/fridges open)
- Ensure magnets were refilled under the magnet sign — place one stack of 15–20 of each of the three magnet types
- Inspect Living/Dining Room (check table drawer under "foud our wild" for dog poop bags)
- Inspect hot tub
- Inspect outdoor table
- Inspect downstairs seating area
- Inspect swinging queen bed
- Inspect the Water Filter (in the Crawl Space)

Check the water inside the filter:

If it looks clear, no action is needed.

If it looks muddy or dirty, the filter was not backwashed, follow steps below to backwash.

- Water Filter BACKWASH STEPS:
→PDF of Full Steps Diagram):- Turn the Blue shut off valve OFF (to the left of filter) - handle pointing up. (see example photo)
- Run Wash Sequence
- Press the black button on the square box at the bottom of the filter - wait till timer is done. (see example photo)
- Press the light-up button directly above it (white circle with three water drops in it see example photo)
- Turn handle on top of the filter to point to "BACKWASH" (Match the position shown in this example photo)
- Run Wash Sequence again
- Visually check filter to see if it looks clean. If not run again.
→NOTE: If after running several times, it does not look clean, please report to Ashley. - Turn the handle back to “FILTER.” (Match the example photo)
- Turn the Blue shut off valve ON (to the left of filter) - handle pointing left.
Important Notes (Do Not Skip)
→Heat tape must stay wrapped around the filter and touching the plastic housing, especially in winter.
→Never shut off any valve before the pressure tank. Only valves after the pressure tank are safe to turn off.

2. Upload inspection photos of property
Use this form to upload 1–2 pictures of each room/space before the next guest arrives. Make sure the photos show the condition of the space and furniture. This helps us prove nothing was damaged before the next guests arrived.
**After selecting pictures on your phone it may take a second for them to appear in the loader. On the final page, Submit will only work after all pictures from earlier pages are done uploading. The button becomes clickable when ready.**
3. Report any Low/Missing Supplies (if any)
4. Exit items

- Turn on Tree lamp display on table under "found our wild"
- Turn on entry sconces for guest arrival (they are dusk-to-dawn lights so may not look turned on)
- Check sliding door locked
- Lock keypad door (do NOT lock deadbolt)
Thermostat auto-sets for unoccupied/guests (no need to adjust)
