A: There are a few steps at the entry, but the interior is on one level. Our hillside property does have a steep approach, so check photos for more info.

Q: Can we bring pets?
A: Though we love pets, this cabin is not pet-friendly.

Q: Can additional guests visit?
A: Our cabin accommodates up to 6 guests. Extra visitors aren’t permitted unless they’re registered in the booking.

Q: Is Wi-Fi available?
A: Absolutely, we provide high-speed Wi-Fi to keep you connected.

Q: Is there a minimum age to book?
A: Yes, you must be at least 24 years old to reserve. Age verification will be required.

→ Please remember, this is a cabin experience, not a hotel. We ask that you treat the space respectfully. We’re always available to assist but do not live on-site.

→ Occasionally, professional services (landscaping, maintenance) may take place. We’ll try to notify you in advance, and these visits are brief.

→ Steep Driveway Alert: The approach is steep, and 4WD or AWD is recommended in late fall and winter. Reach out with any questions!

House rules

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS WHATSOEVER. We have a security camera(s) on the front and back exterior of the property and are able to see if people outside your group come to the house. This will result in an IMMEDIATE cancellation of your reservation with NO refund. Please only flush toilet paper and NOTHING else. If the sewage system clogs during your stay, a fee will be assessed to you to have a plumber come and make repairs. No smoking/vaping Check-in is anytime after 4PM Check out by 10AM Self check-in (code to lock will be sent 3 days prior to check-in) This is a NO shoes house. All shoes must be taken off at entry. There is a $10 fee per carpet/rug stain left in the home. Please understand this takes A LOT of extra time to clean. **Important** Please make sure you read and comply with these rules: NO SMOKING IN THE HOME AT ALL NO unauthorized pets of any kind, no exceptions NO cats due to serious allergy restrictions NO Excessive guests NO Mailing Packages to the home. NO PARTYING of any kind inside or on the property. Please respect the community. Noise level MUST BE MINIMAL after 10 PM! Our HOA requires quiet hours from 10pm-6am we do not want complaints! Violation of the noise/party rule will result in the police being called, termination of your reservation, and the security deposit being retained. We must respect the peace of those around our property! Thank you. PENALTIES FOR THE FOLLOWING. Held against security deposit and a claim will be filed with Airbnb. **Stolen towels: $10 per towel, no matter the size. ** Smoking in the home: $150 **Lost Keys: $50 to rekey (there is a lock box on the property that contains a key) **Unauthorized pet on premises: $200 per pet fee will be assessed + any damages and additional cleaning fees. **Late Checkout Past 10 am without our consent. $75 **Excessive Guests beyond reservation. $50 per guest. **Excessive Cleaning if place is left filthy with trash everywhere. $200 Our grill is electric, please clean and recover it after usage. Must climb stairs to access some of the space $300 Security Deposit Required: damage to the home or breaking of house rules, may result in you being charged from damage assessment.

Hot Tub House Rules:  Supervision: Children under 12 must have adult supervision. Always keep the cover on when not in use. Limit Soak Time: Keep sessions to 15-20 minutes; avoid overheating. Max Temperature: Do not exceed 104°F. No Glassware: Use only plastic containers. Broken glass in the tub will result in additional cleaning fees and may impact your deposit. Shower First: Remove makeup, lotions, and hair products to maintain water quality. Excessive cleaning due to this rule may result in additional charges. Enter Safely: No diving, jumping, or rough play. Occupancy: Respect the hot tub’s max capacity. Electronics: Keep all devices away from the water. Pregnancy: Consult a doctor if pregnant. Stay Hydrated: Drink water before and after. Swimwear Only: Regular clothing may damage water quality. No Pets: Pets are not allowed in the hot tub. Replace Cover: Cover the tub after each use to retain heat. Noise Control: Keep noise low, especially after 10pm.

The guest deposit will be used to remediate any excessive cleaning or damage to the hot tub.
